# Progression and Support Assessment

Our Progression and Support Assessment is a 60 to 90 minute 1:1 session designed to:

- introduce you to our engaging environment and your mentor
- get to know more about you
- work with you to conduct an appraisal of your current skills and abilities
- support you in making initial plans for your progression
- make recommendations and advise on appropriate next steps and services which may be able to assist (not just Autus services)
